All our In-patient medical records before 01 April 2020 will be destroyed after a period of one month from this notice (i.e. after 29/06/2025). Any IPD patients admitted at our hospital before 1 April 2020 who wish to have a copy of their IPD papers are requested to contact the hospital reception staff or Mr. Subhash D. Yadav at the earliest.

१ एप्रिल २०२० पर्यंतच्या आमच्या इस्पितळात भर्ती झालेल्या रूग्णांची आयपीडी वैद्यकीय कागदपत्रे ह्या सूचनेच्या एका महिन्यानंतर (२९/०६/२०२५ नंतर) नष्ट केली जातील. तरीही १ एप्रिल २०२० पूर्वी आमच्या इस्पितळात भर्ती झालेल्या आयपीडी रूग्णांना त्यांच्या आयपीडी कागदपत्रांची प्रत हवी असल्यास त्यांनी लवकरात लवकर आमच्या इस्पितळाच्या रिसेप्शन स्टाफ़ किंवा श्री. सुभाष दी. यादव यांच्याशी संपर्क साधावा अशी विनंती केली जाते.
